AUTOMATIC ULTRASONIC WAVE BOTTLE WASHER

• Use touch screen and PLC to monitor and control whole process.
• Parameters of each zone is real-time displayed and the record can be printed; failure and malfucntion will be displayed with automatic alarms.
• Use chain wheel structure to drive the conveyor, which effectively avoids deviation of conveyor after running.
• Temperature, air flow pressure are adjustable, and the temperature and pressure are uniform inside the tunnel

• Use micro-computer to set dosing step, and peristaltic or piston pump executes filling
• The machine is suitable to handle viscous & semi-viscous - pharmaceutical/veterinary products
• The filling system is accurate, and easy to clean and sterilize.
