WORKING PRINCIPLE

Fluid-bed granulating is the technology combination of spray fogging and fluidizing. It utilizes high speed hot air flow to make the powder suspended and fluidized and then change it to porous granules by spraying binding solution onto it. The traditional 3 steps: mix, granulate, dry, are finished in only one step by the machine. The powder inside becomes fluidized form first, then the binding liquid drops are sprayed onto the surface to make granules, after that, the mixed materials are dried, and extra water is drained by ventilator.

STRUCTURE FEATURE

• Improved powder granulation to reduce powder's free-flow. Heavy/light powder both can be processed.
• Mixing, granulating, drying in one step, to utilize heat energy sufficiently.
• Use double chamber and bag filter, to ensure equipment to work normally. And there are special bag change system, very convenient.
• There are pressure release ports on top and side of equipment for safety consideration in case of explosion possibility.
• The whole process is in a negative pressure system, so as to avoid powder leakage.
• No dead corners, assembly/disassembly is rapid, safe, easy to clean, conform to GMP.
