This machine is used to prepare cream, ointment or other semi-solid product.
The whole set of system consists of: preparation pan, vacuum system, hydraulic system, electric control system and working platform
1. Preparation pan: working capacity 350L, SUS316L, steam heating and water cooling
Structure: 3-layer, upper/lower dish, upper dish is connected with tank body by flange, lower dish is directly connected with body. Inside body is made of SUS316L, thickness 6mm, polished 350 mesh (hygienic class), middle part is made of SUS304, thickness 5mm, max. bearing pressure 0.3MPa, outer shell is made of SUS304, thickness 2mm, polished 300 mesh (hygienic class), all welding seams are polished and treated, connection has smooth curved transit. Insulation layer is made of PU. The pan has 3 sets of agitating devices:
1) High shear whirl type homogenizer, 7.5Kw, 0-3500 rpm (variable speed)
2) Low speed frame type scraper mixer, 2.5Kw, 0-40 rpm (variable speed)
3) Low speed conversed mixer, same electrical motor with scraper mixer, 0-40 rpm
Accessories: liquid feeding port (equipped with stainless steel pipe filter), solid feeding port, vacuum port, compressed air port, view glass, thermal sensor, CIP washing device, discharge port, dust-tight sterile air vent.
2. Vacuum system: Siemens 2BV2-070 vacuum pump, 80M3 per hr, electrical motor power 2.35Kw
3. Hydraulic system: including solenoid valve, overflow valve, oil box, pressure retaining valve
4. Electric control system: by PLC
a. Siemens PLC S7-200 series
b. Digital touch screen from Japan
c. On the touch screen, agitator speed, temperature of each tank, temperature upper/lower limit, and control of automatic valves can be displayed and adjusted; also emulsifying time and low speed mixing time can be set, as well as hydraulic lifting control etc functions. Electrical parts are from Siemens, inverter from Panasonic, Japan, buttons from Fuji, Japan, other meters and sensors are from good suppliers.
5. Safety system
1) Lid opening is forbidden by safety lock under vacuum status
2) In case the upper lid is open, electrical motors of mixer and homogenizer can not be started
3) Limit/micro switches automatically execute open/shutting of upper lid
6. Discharge system: by cam rotor pump, also positive pressure discharge and tilting discharge are available
7. Working platform: the housing is made of stainless steel, table is made of stainless steel diamond sheet
