Item Code:PDXDC-150II Features:Sachet Form-Fill-Seal Machine is designed and manufactured specially for powdery and super fine powdery products. Driven by stepper motor, the auger is rotating to fill products; furthermore, the filling range can be adjusted automatically through computer. The processes of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically. Packing material include several kinds of heat-seal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE, PET/PE, NYLON etc.

FEATURES
  1. All stainless steel cover, GMP compliance.
  2. Fine dust-proof arrangement to avoid dust getting inside.
  3. Bag forming size and filling range is easy to adjust.
  4. Special oiling cup design, to provide self-support lubricating system, the machine can work 24 hours.
  5. Micro-processor controls. Status and parameters is displayed on screen.
  6. PID thermal sealing control, the temperature fluctuation is controlled within ± 2 C degrees.
  7. Long filling auger design. The auger end is right above sachet opening. The sachet is sealed immediately the product is filled, so that no product residues at sealing point. The sealing is tight and good-looking.
  8. Ink roller coder and vacuum feeder is optional.
