WORKING PRINCIPLE

The powder materials become semi-flow form mixed by agitator, then binding solution is added to make the material wet., after that the material is sheared by granulating blade into wet granules.

CHARACTERISTIC

* Mixing and granulating are finished in one step, save time and improve efficiency.
* The container is made of stainless steel, a GMP design.
* After timing setup, the whole granulating cycle can be done automatically.
* Safety interlock, if the container cap opens during running, the power is cut off automatically.
* Agitating elec. motor is variable speed.
* Use conical pan and agitator/shearing blade of special shape, to ensure uniform granules.
* Automatic cleaning system, convenient and rapid
* Vacuum feeding device available as option.
