This machine is used to produce pure steam by electricity.It mainly consists of elec. heater, evaporate separator, 2-stage separator, condensant sampler, and control system.The feeding water is de-ionzied water.

CHARACTERISTIC

* The boiler and separaters and made of 316L stainless steel, with surface treated. The casing is made of 304 stainless steel. Pipe connecting point is welded by automatic argon welder and welding seams are polished and treated with perfect finish.
* The upper/lower limit of boiler vapor can be set and is controlled automatically. Feeding water level is controlled at 3 points (upper, middle, lower). The heater is also automatically controlled.
* The steam generated is pure steam for sterilization purpose, absultely without pyrogen
* The pressure of output steam is adjustable according to requirement
* Easy to maintain
