The Liquid Injectable Vial Line is for production of antibiotic liquid injection vail. The Liquid Injectable Vial Line consists of Automatic bottle washer, Tunnel drying oven, Filling and rubbering machine, Capping machine.
AUTO ULTRASONIC WAVE BOTTLE WASHER
* 2 stages: ultrasonic wave washing and fine washing; coarse washing by ultrasonic wave. The two stages are separated, no pollution.
* Simple structure, and easy to operate.
* Variable speed by frequency inverter
* Use spiral track to feed bottles and gripper to turnover, low breakage rate.
* The whole machine can automatically finish bottles collect, mechanical washing and fine washing, etc functions
TUNNEL DRYING OVEN
* The oven has three zones: Pre-heat, Drying, and Cooling, all three zones are under HEPA filter protection.
* Complete 100 Class laminar flow purification system, to ensure the cleanness level of injectable product production.
* Hot air is circulated inside to achieve a sterile environment. The max. temperature is up to 350 ℃.
* Use touch screen and PLC to monitor and control whole process.
* Parameters of each zone is real-time displayed and the record can be printed; failure and malfunction will be displayed with automatic alarms.
* Use chain wheel structure to drive the conveyor, which effectively avoids deviation of conveyor after running.
* Temperature, air flow pressure are adjustable, and the temperature and pressure are uniform inside the tunnel
FILLING & RUBBERING MACHINE
* Use micro-computer to set dosing step, and peristaltic or piston pump executes filling
* The machine is suitable to handle viscous & semi-viscous - pharmaceutical/veterinary products
* The filling system is accurate, and easy to clean and sterilize.
* Automatic count and display functions.
* Filling system has liquid suck-back function, no drip.
* Variable speed regulation by Inverter.
* Automatic complete full process of bottle feeding, dosing and filling, rubbering.

CRIMP-CAPPING MACHINE
* Suitable for complex flip-off plastic-aluminum or common aluminum caps.
