AUTO ULTRASONIC WAVE BOTTLE WASHER
Characteristic

TUNNEL DRYING OVEN
Characteristic
*The oven has three zones: Pre-heating, Sterilizing, and Cooling, all are under HEPA.
*Complete 100 Class laminar flow purification system; air flow inlet and cooling section are both under 100 Class laminar flow, outer air can not get into the equipment, to ensure the equipment is working under 100 Class.
*Hot air is circulated inside to achieve a sterile environment. The max. temperature reaches 350 ℃.
*Adopt touch screen and PLC to control whole process.
*Parameters of each section is displayed, automatic record printing, failure alarm and display, etc
*Adopt chain wheel to drive the conveyor, to avoid deviation of conveyor after running some time.
