Container Blender can hold mixing hoppers of various dimension and volumes, so Container Blender can meet production requirements of variety of products with large batch size, and enhance production efficiency with its multifunction.
The machine of Container Blender is without dead corner, convex and concave, or exposed screws. The corners of exterior and interior surfaces of mixing hopper are treated to arc shape so there is no trapping corner and residue. The exterior and interior surfaces have been polished to high degree, the roughness of interior surface is Ra 0.2um,the exterior surface has been treated to semi-blight and the roughness is Ra≤0.4um. The cover of hopper is sealed with silicon rubber so the sealability is ensured during the mixing and make the machine easy to be cleaned.
The evenness of mixing can be over 99%, and the loading coefficient is 50-80%. The machine is automatically controlled by PLC. Ultrared safety device and discharging butterfly valve are set to prevent mistake of operation and ensure production safety.
All the materials are processed in the same vessel so there is no need of frequent transfer, addition, and convey of material. It can effectively prevent dust contamination and cross contamination, and solve the problem of loss and stratification of materials, so the production process is bettered and conforms to the GMP standards for pharmaceutical production.
